Complete quadrophonic music system from 1974
The system comprises a Pioneer QX949 tuner amp, Technics SL150 direct drive turntable with SME 3009 arm; JVC Lab X1 cartridge and stylus; IMF speakers - TLS 50 studio monitors (front) and ALS 40 rear speakers, all mirror matched. Also Koss K2+2 quadrophonic headphones.
Owned from very nearly new and enjoyed immensley for about 20 years. Speakers and amp have had services in that time but are probably due another once over.
Turntable and arm are fine. Stylus has done more than the recommended 200 hours though it does seem possible to get replacenents now - I just don't know. What I do know is that this was a brilliant system, not just for the quad capability but fot the overall quality of sound from some really well made componments
